Island Lake Lodge has been setting the standard for Mountain Cuisine for many years. Our French inspired Rocky Mountain Cuisine has recently been documented in a cookbook from Whitecap publishing. The Tamarack dining room is simply a "must stop" for any foodie.

Wine Library
Our dishes are brilliantly matched with an extensive and eclectic wine list. Collecting great wines from California, our neighboring Okanagan, Europe and the new world, our cellar is a proud representation of the quality we offer our guests. Explore a new vineyard's best or a tried and true classic from France or California. Our wine library is now complete in the new Tamarack lodge. If you have a special request for a specific bottle, please contact our reservations team and they will do their best to look after your request.
