Jen came to Fernie from Ontario on a spontaneous cross-country road trip, and was originally intending on staying just a few months. Her first time out to the Mountains, there must have been something she liked; it's been 7 years now and she hasn't left since. Jen has been with Island Lake for the past 4 of those years. She brings with her a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bishop's University in Quebec (Major in Psychology, Minor in Anthropology) as well as 7 years experience in the Hotel and Tourism Industry and 14 years now of experience in Customer Service.
