Mica Heli Guides, Island Lake Catskiing and the Rocky Mountain Sherpas have formed a partnership for the production of their respective ski movies.  Island Lake and Mica Heli produce their own DVD and syndicated ski/snowboard TV show every year, which usually contains footage from various film crews that visit through the winter. “This year we decided to take our movie to the next level and use one crew with a solid concept to film the whole thing” says Darryn Shewchuk - Marketing Director at Mica Heli Skiing.  “We are very excited to have the Sherpas on board with their unique, arty filming style and editing techniques,” added Shewchuk.
The Rocky Mountain Sherpas are currently half way through a 2-year movie project titled “All.I. Can” which is set for release in September 2011.   Island Lake and Mica Heli will both be used for location shooting in this highly anticipated feature film.  Shooting will commence in December 2010.

The Rocky Mountain Sherpas are an award winning Film Company based in Vancouver and Whistler.  Their unique movies have been featured in film festivals around the world.

Mica Heli Guides is based in Revelstoke B.C. and is the global leader in boutique, small group heliskiing.

Island Lake Catskiing has been an industry leader for 20 years and operates out of Fernie B.C.
